Every fellowship, every workshop, every young artisan — documented from day one.
Ashmita Aghi and Vidushi Chawla founded The Sapientia Collective in New Delhi with a simple mission — ensure every under-resourced youth has access to financial literacy and artisan skills.
FoundingTSC held its first financial literacy workshop in a community in North-West Delhi. The curriculum — built from scratch by the founders — covered pricing, savings, and basic entrepreneurship. Kept affordable at ₹30/student to build real ownership around learning.
TSC Fellowship ProgrammeTSC organised its first artisan product showcase — handmade crafts by workshop participants sold at a community exhibition, generating the first real revenue for young creators.
Artisan ShowcaseTSC formalises its 15–20 day fellowship model — combining financial literacy with hands-on product-making including crocheting, paper crafts, and handmade goods — across partner NGOs and schools across Delhi.
TSC Artisan WorkshopTSC crosses 1,400 student participations and generates close to ₹2 lakh in educational revenue — proving the fellowship model works at scale. Young creators are now selling at exhibitions and community stalls.
★ MilestoneTSC receives the Young Changemakers Award by AIIMS Delhi — 1 of 15 initiatives selected from 30,000+ applicants. Also featured by The Times of India. The initiative crosses 5,000+ youth impacted.
